A nearly qualified actuary with a Master’s in Applied Actuarial Science, he blends technical skill with proven business development acumen. His background includes key leadership roles at Munich Re and the Arab Insurance Group, giving him a comprehensive understanding of strategic growth.
Ashishkumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and management executive with over 25 years of experience leading a global conglomerate. As the Founder and Chairman of the Pride Global group of companies, he directs a diverse portfolio of business verticals, including insurance, reinsurance, real estate, investments, trading, and retail. His first-hand leadership experience, primarily across Asia and Africa, has been the driving force behind the group’s successful expansion and its prominent position in multiple international markets.
Nilesh Dodkade is a versatile finance and management professional serving as a Director of the Pride group of companies and Finance Controller for W-Safe Reinsurance Ltd. Holding a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, he brings a wealth of cross-sector experience spanning automobile, manufacturing, insurance, and reinsurance. In his current role at Pride Global Holding Pte Ltd, he guides daily operations and contributes to significant strategic and operational decisions for the global enterprise.
A qualified Company Secretary (LLB), Shivamalar N. is a legal and compliance specialist with deep expertise in the insurance sector. She has managed key regulatory and governance functions at firms including Tata Motors Insurance Broking and is certified in Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Her proficiency lies in corporate law and navigating complex cross-border legal frameworks to ensure stringent compliance.
A distinguished re/insurance leader with nearly 15 years of experience, Irshad is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a respected industry thought leader. As Chair of the Education Committee at the Insurance Institute of Mauritius, he actively shapes the profession’s future. Irshad is a sought-after speaker on risk management and has been pivotal in developing professional talent across Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Sub-continent.
